To keep systems operational, you need to:

1. Wait until the indicator light turns red
2. Tap the modem to disconnect it
3. Wait until the indicator light turns off
4. Tap the modem again to reconnect it

That's it! 

Here's a guide to the indicator lights:

• SOLID GREEN: Connected. All systems go!
• FLASHING GREEN: Establishing connection.
• YELLOW: Powering down.
• RED: Error! The modem is experiencing connection problems and needs to be power cycled.
• BLACK (OFF): The modem is unplugged and powered down. Tap to plug it in.

You can view the chat on your monitor to ensure that systems are operational but please respect our users' privacy.
